About the Role: We are seeking an experienced 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator Combo Operator to join our established concreting team based in 26 Homestead Crescent, Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD. This hands‑on role involves:

Key Responsibilities

- Slab preparation
- Digging footings
- Loading trucks

Operational Responsibilities

- Operating Bobcat and Excavator machinery on our own in‑house concreting projects
- Working closely with our construction team to deliver quality outcomes

Essential Requirements

- Experience operating a 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator combo
- HR Driver Licence (essential)
- Experience driving an 8‑speed crash box
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
- Strong communication and safety awareness
- Reliable,



hardworking, and able to follow directions
- Must be living in Australia within easy reach of Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD

Preferred Skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous but not essential)
- Understanding of working to an RL (Reduced Level)
- Experience using a spreader bar
