LOKL Gym Trafalgar is a boutique Gym located in Trafalgar, Victoria which has been active for 5 years. Focusing on the Health and well-being of the community without compromising on quality equipment, our gym caters to everyone irrespective of where they are in their fitness journey. Fitted out with market-leading equipment (Life Fitness & Hammer Strength), whether you are a beginner, long time gym goer or even an amateur body builder, our gym has what you need. Above all, our members are treated like a member of our community, not a membership number.

The Opportunity

Working as a casual, our Fitness Facility & Membership Manager reports directly to the Owner who will empower you to motivate and manage yourself.You will be the trusted advisor and a pivotal member of this fun, hard-working small team.



Your role will require you to oversee and drive the growth of the facility through membership campaigns and promotions, hitting the ground running with an already established member base. You will utilise your people leadership skills, commercial acumen and management expertise to oversee all aspects of the gym’s operations to harness a thriving and fun community fitness facility.

Proven ability to work to sales targets with minimal supervision

Possess current relevant First Aid and CPR Certificate

Certificate III or IV in Fitness preferred

Possess or able to hold a valid Victorian Working with Children Check

Police Check
