We’re on the lookout for two warm, skilled, and experienced Dental Receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team at DentalCare Carnegie in Carnegie, VIC !
You’ll be the first and last impression for every patient—and a vital part of our amazing Reception team. We are a values-driven practice where patient experience, authenticity, proactiveness, and teamwork genuinely matter.
A typical day will include:
- Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Managing appointments with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Coordinating with our clinical teams to keep schedules running smoothly and on time.
- Handling administrative tasks , including patient records, data entry, and correspondence.
- Processing payments and health fund claims accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate patient information within the practice management system (D4W).
You’ll thrive in this role if you...
- Have 2+ years previous dental reception experience
- Are friendly, people-focused and team-oriented
- Have experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) or are a quick learner
- Are a confident multitasker with great communication and initiative
