About the role

As our Business Services Manager,



you'll work closely with the partners across a diverse portfolio of small business and high-net-worth clients (no BD or partnership expectations).

- preparing financial statements and tax returns across all entity types
- managing compliance across Div 7A, 100A and trust distributions
- attending to client portfolios end-to-end including BAS preparation
- dealing with the ATO and client correspondence
- assisting with SMSF, estate and succession planning
- collaborating with and mentoring team members
- working with partners on complex advisory matters.

This is initially a hands-on role that will grow and evolve as you become embedded in the firm, assuming further managerial responsibility over time.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential
- Min. 6 years Australian public practice experience essential
- Strong technical knowledge across small business and HNW work essential
- Experience with Div 7A, 100A, trust distributions and tax planning
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Superannuation compliance knowledge highly regarded but not essential
- CA or CPA qualification regarded but not essential.
