About The Chance

As the Customer Service & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and support the team by ensuring enquiries are triaged appropriately and records are maintained within the systems.

You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and customer service support to the Sales and Service team. You will manage initial customer enquiries, capture information accurately, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure enquiries and orders are processed efficiently.

This is a high-energy, high-volume role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. On a typical day, you’ll manage around 75 calls and 35 emails.

You’ll be based in our Keysborough office, working five days a week onsite with our collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Logging and managing enquiries in the customer relationship management system

Gathering information to ensure enquiries are assessed accurately

Triaging technical questions to the appropriate internal specialists

Assisting with quotes, order entry,



and sales administration

Supporting communication between customers, sales teams, and production

Tracking incoming components for repair or remanufacture

Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Supporting follow-ups on customer enquiries and quotations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a fast-paced call centre or customer service role

Passion or previous experience working within the automotive industry

Experience assisting with quotes, order entry and sales administration

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Process driven and attention to detail

A proactive team player who takes accountability

Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
