We're seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team based in Melbourne. This is a full-time role.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of our Finance team in Melbourne. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Staff reimbursements – processing and payment;
- Daily payment runs – creating cheques and EFTs;
- Following up internal and supplier queries;
- Processing office related invoices; and
- Liaising with internal departments.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance




- Experience in an administrative capacity
- Accurate data entry skills along with a client service focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office suite
