We're partnering with a leading aged care provider seeking an Aged Care Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is a consultative role where you'll support prospective residents, clients and their families as they navigate their aged care journey.

Working across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living, you'll manage warm enquiries, provide guidance on available services and funding options, and support customers from their initial enquiry through to admission.

The Role

As the Aged Care Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing expert guidance on aged care services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll qualify enquiries,



explain funding pathways and available care options, nurture customers through the admissions process, maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with internal teams to support occupancy across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living.

About You

- Experience in sales, customer service, admissions or customer relationship management in AGED CARE ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience within aged care, healthcare, retirement living or community services
- Knowledge of aged care funding, admissions or occupancy processes is highly regarded
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
