Europcar Australia are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Fleet Business Analyst to join our Fleet team on a full time basis located in Tullamarine, Melbourne.

Reporting to the Fleet Director, this role supports the Fleet and Operations team by delivering accurate, data-driven insights related to fleet performance, including fleet costs, operating efficiency and vehicle utilisation.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver reports and insights on fleet costs, performance, and utilisation
- Maintain and analyse data on vehicle downtime to identify underperforming models and improve planning
- Compare operating costs across suppliers, brands, and states to identify savings opportunities
- Report on vehicle remarketing performance, including sales results and residual values
- Build and manage structured data sets to inform procurement and fleet planning decisions
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Fleet teams to enhance reporting accuracy and relevance
- Support the Fleet Director with regular reporting on key metrics and performance targets
- Help develop dashboards and visual tools that make complex data easy to understand
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems

Must have:

- Previous experience in fleet operations, administration, finance or analytics is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects) is advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Data Analytics are preferred
- Background in car rental, travel and tourism, automotive, logistics or hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Well organised and great attention to detail
