Key responsibilities

Providing high-quality hair styling, colouring, and treatment services to a diverse range of clients, consistently exceeding expectations

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals

Contributing to a positive and collaborative salon culture that promotes teamwork and professional development

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your station and salon areas in accordance with health and safety standards

Staying current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services

Supporting the salon's business objectives by meeting service targets and contributing to team goals

Providing professional consultation with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services

Managing your client bookings and time efficiently to maximise productivity

What we're looking for





Minimum 3 years' professional experience as a hair stylist, with a demonstrable track record of delivering excellent results

Valid and current hair styling qualifications or equivalent professional certification recognised in Victoria

Advanced technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a loyal client base

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment whilst maintaining attention to detail

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing client needs and salon requirements

Experience with salon management systems and booking software.
