As Geelong's leading Exercise Physiology Clinic for over 10 years, we offer comprehensive support to a wide range of clients. GRC boasts a multi-disciplinary allied health team dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for our clients. Our exceptional team includes Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Myotherapists, Dieticians, Podiatry and Clinical Reformer Pilates specialists, providing a supportive environment for your professional growth. Complementing these services is a fully equipped, all-abilities-accessible rehabilitation facility. Additionally, we offer in-home services to the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, and surrounding areas of Geelong.
We are seeking an administration superstar with medical reception experience and a passion for customer service to join our fabulous GRC family.
Your role:
- Greeting and welcoming clients into the clinic
- Booking/Managingappointments for up to 10allied health staff including coordinating client home visits and meetings with external stakeholders
- Maintain client files (including current registrations)
- Process Patient billings & payments (including processing online claiming Medicare, HICAPS, DVA, NDIS and private invoicing)
- Liaising with Support Co-ordinators for induction of new participants
- General administration duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and faxing
- Communicate effectively with Allied Health providers, GP clinics and other external service providers
Required qualities for the role
- Previous medical reception experience
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work both as a team member & independently
- Positive 'can do' attitude
Preferred experience
- Experience in Cliniko (or similar software)
- A working knowledge of PRODA and HPOS for NDIS and DVA payment processing as well as HICAPS and Medicare Billing.
