About Us
The Social Space Psychology Clinic is a thriving private psychology practice based in Mascot, Sydney. We specialise in supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families through evidence-based assessment and therapy.
Our clinicians support children, adolescents and families across a broad range of presentations, with a particular focus on emotional wellbeing, neurodevelopment, social functioning and family relationships. Our work is collaborative, evidence-based and tailored to each young person's unique strengths and needs.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week) - immediately .
You will primarily work with children and adolescents, providing high-quality therapeutic support while collaborating closely with parents, schools and other professionals.
Your role may include:
- Delivering evidence-based psychological therapy to children and adolescents
- Using play-based, creative and developmentally appropriate therapeutic approaches
- Supporting parents and families alongside individual therapy
- Liaising with schools, paediatricians and other professionals
- Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
- Facilitating social skills groups and workshops (optional)
- Contributing ideas and helping shape new programs within the clinic
There is flexibility to develop a caseload aligned with your interests and areas of expertise.
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and adolescents and understands the importance of creating protected, engaging and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Experience supporting neurodivergent children, including Autism and ADHD, is highly regarded but not essential.
Most importantly, you're compassionate, enthusiastic,
collaborative and committed to delivering exceptional client care.
General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA
Current Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
