What this role is all about

We are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of HV/LV electrical infrastructure projects associated with medium to large precincts, while developing both your technical capability and consulting skills.

How you’ll contribute day‑to‑day

- Assist in the design of precinct and utility electrical infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality engineering outcomes
- Undertake site inspections and attend project meetings alongside experienced engineers
- Prepare and contribute to technical documentation, reports, and design deliverables
- Build your consulting capability, working towards independently delivering elements of projects
- Engage in Lucid’s mentoring and training programs to accelerate your development

What sets you up for success

- Has 1–2 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering, ideally across HV or LV distribution design
- Holds an Australian-recognised Electrical Engineering degree
- Brings strong problem‑solving skills and a genuine willingness to learn




- Communicates clearly, both written and verbally
- Is interested in developing skills across design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Has exposure to or interest in electrical design software such as PowerCAD, AGi32, Neara or Poles n Wires
- Demonstrates attention to detail, organisation, and a commitment to professional growth
- Holds Australian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred)
