About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Services Executive, you'll support First National Real Estate's digital marketing services, national website presence, and member-facing marketing platforms. This is a part-time role reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You will monitor and respond to member enquiries, assist with website and Google-related queries, maintain national website content, support SEO maintenance enquiries, and help ensure First National's digital products and services are efficient, current, and easy to use.

The role also supports First National's email and SMS marketing platforms, creates and distributes eBooks and mailouts, manages aspects of the Utopia marketing CRM tool, and provides day-to-day marketing administration support, including maintaining the national events calendar, managing email marketing lists and segmentation, assisting with campaign scheduling, and tracking performance metrics.

You're a practical and organised digital marketing all-rounder who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and keeping digital tools and platforms running smoothly.

You will bring:

Strong communication skills and a genuine customer service focus.

Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Previous administration experience.

Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Experience or working knowledge of Google products, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and Google Ads.

An understanding of SEO tools and practices,



such as keyword tracking, website crawling and search performance reporting.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a small team.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for landing page changes.

A resilient, resourceful and organised approach.

Duties:

Support members with website, Google and SEO-related enquiries.

Manage and update national website content and digital assets.

Create and distribute eBooks, email campaigns and other digital communications.

Provide onboarding, training and support for First National digital marketing platforms, including Utopia.

Assist with member onboarding, website launches and Google Business Profile management.

Monitor support channels and deliver responsive customer service to members.

Provide general marketing administration support, including campaign coordination and reporting

Skills & Experience:

Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline.

Experience in digital marketing, website administration or a similar support role.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Business Profile and/or Google Ads.

Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practice.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Well-developed communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
