Power Equipment Pty Ltd is a market-leading business that delivers a comprehensive range of Engine solutions products to Industrial and Marine customers through our dealer network across Australia, Recent Zealand, and the South Pacific region.

Reporting to the National Parts and Warehouse Manager, we are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Head Office in Lynbrook. This is a combined role between the office and on the warehouse floor and would suit somebody looking to take that next step up in their career.

Duties

- Warehouse duties, operating forklift, receiving, dispatching
- Oversee day to day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse
- Provide hands-on leadership to a collaborative team of warehouse staff and operators
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure throughput of components in line with service and project deadlines
- Ensure accuracy in stock levels,



organising and maintaining stock take process
- Assist in the development and implementation of proactive warehouse strategies that support company goals.

About You

- Proven experience managing a warehouse team and processes
- Ability to Maintain a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Strong people leadership
- Operationally hands-on with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on outcome
- Solid computer and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, hands-on environment
