In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager in overseeing all aspects of operations at this thriving hospitality establishment located in Malvern. What you'll be doing

- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including food and beverage services, functions, gaming and TAB operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Roster and manage hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a skilled and timely manner




- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel management or assistant manager role
- Experience in Gaming and TAB operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with guests and staff
