About the Role





- FULL TIME HOURS ONLY
- An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Lead Educator or Float Educator to lead the Toddler Room or support other rooms within this highly regarded service.
- You will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and confident to explore the world around them. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in implementing meaningful learning experiences, building strong family relationships, and supporting each child's individual development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- ACECQA approved Diploma qualification, or highly experienced certificate 3 Educator
- Experience working as a Early Childhood Educator within a long day care setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children through the toddler years
- The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team culture
