Veeco Pallets has been proudly manufacturing recycled plastic palletsin Melbourne for 30 years. We’re a locally owned and operated business with a solid reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability. As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Labourer to join our hardworking team.

The Role

This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment. You will assist with pallet production, general labouring, and day‑to‑day factory operations.

While a forklift licence is preferred, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Trimming of plastic pallets
- Manual handling and material movement
- Forklift driving and loading/unloading trucks
- General factory cleaning and housekeeping




- Supporting warehouse and dispatch activities
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or labouring role preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
- Forklift licence required
