About the role

Head to Toe Physio is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team on a subcontractor basis. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes, a hydrotherapy pool or gym settings based on the Gold Coast. As a Mobile Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall mobility and quality of life. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse client population whilst utilising your clinical expertise and therapeutic skills to make a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

1. Assess clients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualised treatment plans
2. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including exercise prescription, massage therapy and manual therapy
3. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate outcomes with clients and referring healthcare professionals
4. Educate clients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, falls prevention and home exercise programmes to optimise recovery
5. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (if required) to coordinate comprehensive client care and ensure continuity of treatment
7. Provide professional advice to clients regarding activity modification and rehabilitation goals
8. Contribute to a positive environment and support the delivery of excellent customer service

What we’re looking for

1. Current registration with AHPRA
2. Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
3. Proven experience in delivering physiotherapy services across various conditions, such as musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, or post-operative rehabilitation
4. Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to apply evidence-based practice principles to client care
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport with clients (vital) and collaborate effectively with colleagues as required
6. Proficiency in using client management systems and electronic health records
7. Knowledge of current physiotherapy standards, guidelines, and best practices within the Australian healthcare context
8. Physical ability to perform hands-on treatment and assist clients safely
9. Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it
10. Current First Aid and CPR certification
11. Current valid Drivers Licence
12. National Police Certificate
13. Preferred experience - the ability to work independently with clients
