Skills and Qualifications
Expected daily routine:
- Attend office / review daily schedule on SimPRO
- Complete jobs on schedule as required / ascertain details for quotes
- Maintain minimum stock levels of vehicle
- Liaise with customers, management, admin and co-workers
- Generate further work / business
- Facilitate and satisfy all customer requirements - exceed customer expectations
- Leave work site cleaner than when you arrived
- Adhere to OHS requirements
- High level of attention to detail required
- Carry on-call phone as per rotating roster
- Be punctual and arrive to work in presentable fashion
- Treat residential properties as the customers sanctuary

Specifically
- Show an enthusiastic approachin Domestic Service, Gas Servicingand Commercial Maintenance Installations
- Keenunderstanding of water, sanitary and gas installations
- Plumbing Licence/Registration
- White (Red) Industry Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- An upbeat and motivated attitude toward tasks
- Type A Gas Registration -Highly Advantageous
- Thorough understanding and familiarity with all domestic gas appliances -Highly Advantageous
