About the Role
We’re looking for an experiencedAutomotive Spray Painterto join our Geelong North team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll deliverconsistent colour matching and premium-quality finishesin a busy, well-structured production environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spray painting vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
- Accurate colour matching and blending
- Managing the prep-to-paint process
- Maintaining paint booth cleanliness and WHS compliance
- Meeting productivity and efficiency targets
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent)
- Minimum3+ years’ experienceas an Automotive Spray Painter
- Strong knowledge ofwaterborne and solvent-based paint systems
- Experience in a collision repair or panel shop environment
You’ll also bring:
