At Summit Health Solutions, we believe Remedial Massage Therapy plays an important role in helping older Australians remain comfortable, mobile and independent in their own homes.

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable therapist who enjoys working independently, building genuine relationships with clients and being part of a collaborative allied health team.

This is a community-based mobile role where you'll travel throughout Canberra and surrounding areas, visiting clients in their homes and delivering personalised, hands‑on care that genuinely improves quality of life.

About the role

Working within your qualified scope of practice, you'll provide personalised hands‑on therapy that supports comfort, mobility and independence.

Your work may include:

- Remedial massage and soft tissue therapy.
- Gentle stretching and mobility support.
- Monitoring changes in mobility, pain and general wellbeing.




- Maintaining accurate client documentation.
- Communicating clinical observations with the wider allied health team.
- Building trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and their families.

We've designed our community model to support quality care. Appointments are structured to allow time for treatment, clinical documentation and travel, while our dedicated administration team manages referrals, bookings and scheduling so you can focus on your clients—not your diary.

About you

This role will suit you if you:

- Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Want to build a regular community caseload and long‑term client relationships.
- Value collaboration and enjoy working alongside other allied health professionals.
- Take pride in providing thoughtful, personalised care.
- Are organised, reliable and communicate professionally.
- Enjoy helping older people remain active, comfortable and independent.

You will also have:

- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Professional association membership and professional indemnity insurance.
- Working With Vulnerable People Registration and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Experience working with older people, community health or home-based services will be highly regarded.
