The Opportunity

We’re looking for reliable, motivated Process Workers to join our teams in Preston.

You’ll work on production lines, complete hands‑on tasks, and help keep things moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production lines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete safety checks and report any potential issues or hazards.
- Ensure products are made to specification and complete all quality checks per SOPs.




- Record production and quality data accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist with changeovers, assembly, and alternate duties during downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

About You

We’re looking for team players who are:

- Safety and quality focused with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn, develop skills, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexible to work overtime or shift rosters as required.
- Experienced in manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential).
