Trek is seeking a passionate Bike Mechanic/Production Technician to ensure every bike that leaves the shop is secure, tuned, and ready to ride. You will work hands-on with Trek models, deliver exceptional customer care, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Being mechanically inclined with attention to detail is essential. You will be responsible for complex repairs, high standards of organization, and ongoing training to stay current with Trek techniques and products.
