Whether you're a university student looking to build a career in teaching, psychology, social work or childcare, or a teacher's aide looking for school holiday work, this role is designed to fit your lifestyle. This role will mainly workHoliday HQ shiftsacross school holidays, block shifts 6am-6pm.

Who are we looking for?

While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for:

- Desirable but not mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2Year QualifiedEducatorin QLDin accordance with ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working‑with‑children check.
- Must have valid Australian work rights.
