Digital Specialist - Email and Digital Marketing

Join a well-established not-for-profit as their next Digital Specialist. This is a genuine hands-on, varied role - you'll own email campaign builds in Campaign Monitor, support the website team with content updates and help keep digital and fundraising data clean and useful. It's a great fit for someone who wants breadth across email, web and data rather than a narrow, single-channel role.

A bit more about the role:

Day to day, you'll be deep in Campaign Monitor, planning email journeys, setting up automation and segmentation, then building, testing and scheduling the sends. You'll also support the web team with routine content updates, following existing guidelines rather than driving strategy - this isn't a role that requires reinventing the wheel, more one that keeps things moving. On the data side, you'll work with fundraising platforms and mailing lists, exporting and interpreting data as needed. The team has a lot going on right now, so they need someone who can just get into the work without needing every detail mapped out in advance.





You’ll be responsible for:

- Planning and building automated email journeys in Campaign Monitor
- Setting up audience segmentation and dynamic targeting
- Testing, QA and scheduling email sends
- Making day-to-day website content updates from existing briefs
- Managing, exporting and interpreting mailing list and fundraising data
- Supporting broader digital and fundraising platform tasks as they come up

What you’ll bring:

- Hands-on Campaign Monitor experience (essential)
- Comfort working with data segments and mailing lists
- Strong attention to detail and a solid QA instinct
- A collaborative, get-it-done attitude -happy to jump in without a perfectly mapped-out brief
- Bonus: fundraising, NFP, agency or ecommerce background
- Bonus: exposure to enterprise CMS platforms
