We're now looking for an experienced Client Services Officerto join our close-knit, high-performing team.

This isn't a role for someone who simply enjoys administration.

About the role

As a key member of our advice team, you'll play an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients from their very first interaction through to ongoing service and, when needed, supporting them through life insurance claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing new business from implementation through to completion.

- Preparing documentation for new and existing client review meetings.

- Supporting advisers with strategy implementation and ongoing client service.

- Managing client enquiries via phone and email with warmth, professionalism and confidence.

- Supporting clients through new and ongoing life insurance claims with empathy and care.

- Liaising with insurers, medical providers and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

- Maintaining accurate, compliant file notes and documentation.

- Managing workflows and tasks within Xplan.

- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.





- Anticipating the needs of the advisers and taking ownership before being asked.

About you

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in a Client Services or Client Support role within life insurance or financial advice.

- Experience using Xplan.

- A sound understanding of financial planning processes and life insurance advice.

- Knowledge of compliance requirements and the importance of quality documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Confidence building rapport with clients over the phone and in writing.

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team.

- A proactive mindset—you naturally look ahead, identify what needs to happen next and take ownership.
