What We’re Looking For

- Premium Experience: Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience in a premium restaurant or hotel.
- Passion for Mixology: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, with a genuine passion for craft and creativity.
- Professional & Certified: A current VIC RSA Certificate and a strong commitment to responsible service.
