About the Opportunity

Kallara Early Learning Centreis looking for a2IC/Educational Leader based inTaree, Recent South Wales.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing staffing levels, routines, recruitment, and professional development of educators;
- Work alongside Centre Director and support from Management Team
- Time management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as 2IC
- Experience as Educational Leader preferred
- Experience using Kinderloop and Qikkids preferred
- A commitment to best practice and early years learning
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework,



National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independent and demonstrate initiative

About You

To qualify, you will need at least aDiploma Early Childhood Education and Careand2 years of experience (preferred, may consider less experience in this role).

You must also hold:

- First Aid qualification in an Education and Care Setting
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Accredited Child Protection Training
- Child Safety Certificate

As our ideal candidate, you will be anenergetic, professional leaderwho can connect authentically with families, staff, and the broader community. You’ll have excellent communication skills, thrive under pressure, and be driven to build and manage a service that aligns with high educational and operational standards. Opportunity to step up as Centre Director for Maternity leave period of 6months.
