Our Client is a well known 2nd tier multi-disciplinary specialist based in the Inner Eastern suburbs. They specialise in government & institutional projects ranging in value from $5M - $50M+.
These market sectors are going down the design & construct path more and more so our Client is looking to secure the services of a capable Design Manager.
The role will be diverse and assist during the estimating/pre-con phase looking at value engineering solutions to assist with securing current projects and then once a project is secured it will assist during project delivery.
To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a design/architecture or construction related field. You will have previous experience (working for the builder or for an architecture practice) managing the design process on education, institutional & commercial projects.
In return the successful candidate will receive a market leading salary from one of the best employers in the industry (Range $175,000 - $240,000 total).
