We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration & Payroll Officer to join our site-based quarry team at Tyers.

This role provides administrative support across payroll, HR administration, workplace health and safety, and general office functions.

The position would suit an experienced administrator looking for a stable role in a practical, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
- Coordinating onboarding and employment documentation
- Supporting workplace health and safety administration
- Records management and filing
- Providing administrative support to site management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous experience in an administrative role
- Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail




- Be confident managing your workload and working independently
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable working with a wide range of personalities across the business
- Have sound Microsoft Office skills
- Applicants should be comfortable working in an operational environment where dust and noise form part of daily life
- Experience in payroll, HR administration or WHS administration will be highly regarded.

Remuneration will be based on experience and skills.
