We’re searching for grounded, warm, and passionate Wellness Assistants to join our South Yarra team—individuals who genuinely care and want to make a real difference in people’s lives. The Role

As a Wellness Assistant at SAINT HAVEN, you’ll:

- Be the welcoming face for members and guests, ensuring each arrival feels like coming home
- Guide members through wellness experiences such as hyberbaric oxygen chambers, red light beds, PEMF etc with care, empathy, and attentiveness
- Educate and inspire members to explore the full range of treatments and services
- Help maintain a calm, beautiful, and pristine space that reflects our high standards




- Consistently deliver a high level of member care and experience.
- Assist with retail and product recommendations that support member wellbeing
- Stay curious and up to date with wellness trends and innovations
- Uphold health and safety practices with diligence and pride

What You Bring

- Experience in the wellness, spa, hospitality, or fitness industries
- A natural warmth and presence—someone who knows how to make people feel seen and supported
- A deep care for cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere
- Confidence and clarity in communication
- Availability across early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A love for learning and a genuine passion for health and wellbeing
