What you'll do
- Drive the development and execution of performance metrics and insights strategies to support decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in technology services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analysis, insights generation, or a related field.
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Business Analytics,
or Information Technology.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Skills & tools
- Expertise in SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as R or Python.
