Position: Non-Investment Finance Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $85/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible schedule

Role Responsibilities

- Build and review deliverables such as PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations, vendor/AP payment reconciliations, and integrated 3-statement and pro-forma models.
- Evaluate AI-generated finance work against professional standards to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Reason from primary sources like term sheets and trial balances, separating material information from distractors.
- Write clear, CFO/partner-ready narratives that explain assumptions, variances,



and recommendations.
- Exercise professional judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information while working independently and asynchronously.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 5+ years in a hands-on non-investment finance role.
- Strong US GAAP/IFRS and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Comfort with professional judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information.

Preferred

- CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of ASC 805 & 606.
