We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to bring elevated, attentive service to our diners and team player energy when working in the kitchen.

This role is for a hospitality professional who understands precision, care and anticipating a need before it's spoken.

- Serve diners with confidence, professionalism and anticipatory service
- Guide diners through menu selections
- Deliver attentive, compassionate service at all times
- Maintain strong floor awareness and seamless service flow
- Uphold exceptional presentation and venue standards
- Provide general support in the kitchen as needed, including cleaning and sanitising,



assisting with plating dishes, receiving deliveries and organising storage.

Criteria to be considered for this role

- 2 or more years' experience in high-end hospitality venues
- Consistent, exceptional service
- Confident, calm and solutions-focused
- Impeccable communication and attention to detail
- Qualified presentation and strong work ethic
- Contribute to a positive and motivated kitchen atmosphere
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
