Property Legal Assistants | Multiple Melbourne Opportunities

We are currently working with a range of leading law firms across Melbourne who are seeking experienced Property Legal Assistants, Conveyancers, Legal Secretaries, and Property Paralegals and Clerks.

These opportunities are available across boutique, mid-tier, national, and global law firms, providing exposure to a variety of property-focused teams and practice environments.

We are recruiting for roles across:

- Commercial Property
- Commercial Real Estate
- Conveyancing
- Leasing
- Property Development
- Commercial and Property Transactions

About the Roles

Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

- Providing high-level legal support to property and commercial property lawyers and partners
- Managing property files from opening through to completion
- Preparing and formatting legal documentation and correspondence
- Assisting with conveyancing transactions, settlements, and property matters
- Supporting commercial property transactions, leasing, and development matters




- Conducting property searches and managing relevant documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, authorities, and external stakeholders
- General file management, billing, and administrative support

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

- Previous experience as a Property Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Property Paralegal
- Exposure to commercial property, conveyancing, leasing, real estate, or property transactionsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy legal workplace
- A proactive and team-focused approach
