We are seeking an organised and proactive Studio Coordinator to provide operational support to a busy architectural studio on a part-time basis. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in creating an organised, professional, and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio and maintain a professional office setting.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with building management, service providers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure studio spaces are well presented.
- Welcome clients and visitors, providing a professional and positive experience.
- Manage incoming calls, deliveries, mail, and general correspondence.
- Coordinate printing, binding, and distribution of project documentation.
- Assist with maintaining accurate databases, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate staff events, celebrations, and team initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing activities.

Skills & Experience

- 4+ years previous experience in a Team Assistant or Studio Coordinator position in corporate environment.
- Experience within architecture, design, engineering or construction environments is highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy.
