Our client has been a trusted name in Sydney real estate for over 20 years, specialising in apartments throughout Sydney CBD and Zetland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors




- Managing lease renewals and rent reviewsHandling arrears and resolving escalated tenant and landlord enquiries
- Preparing matters for tribunal when required
- Providing a high level of customer service and communication throughout the tenancy

The Candidate:

To be successful, you will have:

- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (essential)
- A minimum of 2 years' Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A current driver's licence
- Experience using PropertyTree (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships
