White's IGA is an award-winning independent supermarket group on the Sunshine Coast. We're looking for an HR Generalist to partner with our Store Managers across recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Store Leaders to attract and onboard great people.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across our stores.
- Develop training plans, resources and learning pathways
- Drive training completion and maintain compliance across the business.
- Manage our LMS (IGA Training Academy) training records and reporting.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment during peak hiring periods and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in Talent & Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a similar people-focused role.
- A drive for developing people and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Experience administering an LMS and coordinating training programs.
- Robust Microsoft 365 and Copilot skills, with the confidence to quickly adopt new technologies.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple sites.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Retail or multi-site experience is an advantage.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or HR/Business relevant study.
