An exceptional prospect has arisen for a highly experienced Paraplanner to join one of Melbourne's most sophisticated boutique firms dedicated to provision of quality, highly comprehensive tailored advice to HNW families.

The opportunity now exists for a strategic paraplanner who possesses strong analytical and technical skills to produce quality, comprehensive and accurate SOAs as well as be seen as a technical go‑to for the advice team. You will be working hand in hand with the principal advisors, participating in client meetings and working through strategies collaboratively with the advisors.

For the right person, we are looking for:

- Advanced paraplanning experience including production of quality complex SOAs, cashflow modelling and strategic planning
- Experience across Superannuation, Insurance, Investments, Retirement, and more
- High levels of initiative, accuracy, organisation and pro‑active work ethic
- Advanced technology skills and experience in Xplan and Xtools+ highly desirable.
- Desire to work closely and collaboratively with high performing advisors on complex advice strategies for clients
