As a Concession Manager, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within aMyerconcession environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, andmaintaina safe, high functioningwork place.

How You Will Contribute

- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and solid succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understanding the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
- Build andmaintaineffective relationships with key stakeholders, such asconcessionmanagementto drive store performance
- Role modelCountry Road Group (CRG)cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
