- shaping and delivering the strategy for theSchool.
- ensuring best practice holistic education andcontemporary academic and co-curricularofferings.
- managing and developing the human, financialand physical assets of the organisation in amanner that enhances future viability andsuccess.
- acting as a proactive public face andchampion for the School and ensuring effectivecommunication with all key stakeholders.

For the life of the 2024 SA School andPreschool Education Staff Enterprise Agreement(2024 EA) the classification of this site willbe determined by application of twoclassification systems. Theclassification system that generates the higherremuneration level will apply to this site forthe life of the 2024 EA.

The successful applicant will be able tonegotiate a reduction in the advertised tenurefollowing their appointment, if required.
