What Is the Role?

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Store Person to become the behind‑the‑scenes hero of our retail team. In this dynamic, fast‑paced role, you’ll support daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the back‑of‑store warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
- Assisting customers with order collections – making it a seamless experience
- Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
- Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
- Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail




- Responsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S; requirements
- Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
- Collaboratively working as part of a team, using your initiative, problem solving and handling a fast‑paced environment

Skills and Experiences

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys variety in their day, and loves being part of a supportive, hard‑working team.

- Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution
- Valuable computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
- A passion to help people and a desire to get results
- The physical capability to handle our products
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can‑do attitude
- As a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products; applicants must be physically capable of safely performing lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes
