We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a passionate team at our Macquarie Park store. The role involves driving results, coaching, developing the team, and growing the Skechers brand across Australia & New Zealand.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor) with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
- The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in‑store decisions that positively impact sales performance
- A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
- A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‑performing teams
- Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation

Responsibilities

- Own whole‑of‑store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT,



and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales.
- Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world‑famous product.

Coaching & Leadership

- Coach and develop a high‑performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and on‑floor leadership.
- Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores.

Store Operations

- Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations – prioritize and delegate duties as needed.
- Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution, and stock accuracy.
- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
