An established construction and development group is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join its Gold Coast project team. You will work on a major high‑rise residential development, managing key commercial packages from procurement through to final account. The business operates with the systems, structure and project capability expected of a leading commercial builder, backed by a strong pipeline of future work.
About the Role
- Manage procurement, tender analysis and subcontractor appointments
- Administer subcontract agreements, variations and progress claims
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial updates
- Manage contractual correspondence, RFIs and project documentation
- Identify commercial risks and support the wider project leadership team
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Assist with project close‑out and final accounts
About You
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator
- High‑rise residential or large‑scale commercial construction experience
- Background within an established, systems‑driven construction business
- Strong subcontractor procurement and contract administration capability
- Confident managing sizeable and complex trade packages
- Relevant construction management, quantity surveying or similar qualification
- Based on the Gold Coast or committed to working locally
