About the role
You'll be the day-to-day lead for a team of Talent Specialists across Australia and the Philippines, freeing up the Senior Manager to focus on strategy, recent contracts, and organisational growth.
This is a hybrid people-leader and practitioner role where you'll run the team while also owning recruitment for senior and critical roles yourself.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Specialists, setting clear expectations and managing performance
- Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and Australian-based roles from brief through to offer
- Oversee the full team pipeline, balancing workload and acting as the primary escalation point before issues reach the Senior Manager
- Build and document recruitment SOPs, playbooks, and workflows that scale with the business
- Develop reporting cadences and dashboards tracking time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Design and deliver hiring manager training to build recruitment capability across the business
