What You Can Expect On a Day-to-Day Basis

- Managing key property transactions, including lease option exercises, lease renewals and variations, and site closures.
- Identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities such as acquiring neighbouring sites and securing additional signage.
- Negotiating market rent reviews and rental arbitration matters, and leading through property‑related business interruptions to minimise loss.
- Monitoring and enforcing McDonald's property rights – first rights of refusal, lease‑to‑purchase opportunities, legal matters and compulsory acquisitions.
- Building and managing landlord relationships and acting as the go‑to for regional property matters, supporting operators and licensees.
- Converting data and trends into strategic actions and insights.
