3Bridges is seeking an Educational Program Lead to provide educational leadership and quality support across OSHC services in Engadine, Menai, Narwee, Bexley, Randwick and Penshurst. You will mentor educators, drive MTOP alignment and support teams to deliver engaging programs that reflect children’s interests and development.

You will collaborate with Regional Managers and educators to improve practice, documentation and programming while traveling between services within the region to ensure
