You'll take ownership of sophisticated commercial matters, work closely with an experienced Managing Partner and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The practice advises private businesses, corporate clients, investors and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, business sales and acquisitions, employment, intellectual property, property and trusts. An established litigation practice also provides a consistent source of commercial referrals, creating a strong pipeline of ongoing advisory work.

Working alongside a Managing Partner recognised in Best Lawyers Australia, you'll have the autonomy to lead matters your way while contributing strategically to the direction of the commercial practice. You'll also mentor junior lawyers,



strengthen key client relationships and become an integral member of the firm's leadership team.
