The role: A Performance Associate is an entry-level role where you will support the execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads for one of Australia's leading health insurance brands.

Working alongside a high-performing team, you'll play a direct role in helping our client achieve ambitious business and performance goals while building valuable experience in search marketing and digital media.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in performance marketing.

Core responsibilities:

- Execute, monitor, and optimise SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads to deliver against client objectives and KPIs.
- Perform daily campaign checks, monitor pacing, and track performance against targets and budgets.
- Prepare and analyse weekly, fortnightly, and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and ongoing stakeholder communications as your platform expertise develops.




- Collaborate with the broader client teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

A bit about you:

- Robust analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working with large data sets and Excel spreadsheets.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, performance media, and search advertising.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain data, insights, and recommendations to different audiences.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from a team of experienced performance specialists.
- Exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM coursework, or relevant certifications would be highly regarded.
