Melbourne Disability Services (MDS) is seeking an experienced Disability House Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. This role is ideal for a strong leader with SIL experience who can manage staff, compliance, and daily operations while creating a safe and empowering environment for participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes

- Lead and support disability support staff

- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards

- Liaise with families, allied health and key stakeholders

- Support participant goals and positive outcomes

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in SIL or residential disability leadership

- Robust knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards framework

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Driver’s Licence and relevant clearances
